1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of services provided by Ping Technology Labs LTD ("Ping Proxies", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to comply with this Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Fair Usage Parameters
Our static proxy services are subject to bandwidth allocation limits of 18TB per 500 proxies per monthly subscription cycle, with pro-rated calculations applying for different quantities and payment cycles. These usage limits are subject to adjustment based on network conditions and capacity.
Connection limitations for static proxy services include a standard limit of 100 concurrent connections, with additional limitations potentially imposed based on network conditions. Parameters may be dynamically adjusted to maintain service stability.
3. Prohibited Activities
The Customer shall not use Ping Proxies' services for any illegal activities whatsoever. Service interference is strictly prohibited, including denial of service (DoS) attacks, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, and any activities impacting other users' service quality.
Security violations are forbidden, including attempting to breach security mechanisms, disrupting Internet communications, unauthorized network scanning, and exploiting system vulnerabilities.
Fraudulent activities such as advertisement fraud and click fraud are not permitted. Unauthorized data collection is prohibited, including scraping non-public data without explicit permission, collecting sensitive personal information, and harvesting health-related data.
Customers must not access, post, or transmit content that violates any local, state, federal, or international laws, is threatening or abusive, obscene or indecent, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
4. Restricted Access
We prohibit access to financial and banking websites, NSFW content, government domains, content blocked by Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and any additional domains deemed necessary for security.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
Ping Proxies reserves the right to monitor service usage for policy violations, modify usage parameters without prior notice, suspend or terminate services for violations, report illegal activities to relevant authorities, block additional domains or services, and implement technical restrictions to enforce compliance.
Customer responsibilities include determining applicable laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, obtaining necessary permissions for data collection, monitoring and preventing prohibited activities, and maintaining security of access credentials.
6. Legal Disclaimers
Ping Technology Labs LTD maintains sole discretion in determining policy violations and appropriate responses. This Policy may be modified at any time without prior notice, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to create any obligations to monitor or modify customer behavior beyond what is required by law.
VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ping Technology Labs LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from compliance with this Policy.
